For comfortable rotation of the lid, the manufacturer used teflon as a nozzle on the handle. This material does not allow the handle to get so hot that you get burned during the entire smoking session.
Also, one of the convenience in use are the paws.
They are attached to the bowl and even when the hookah is tilted at 45 degrees, the HMD will remain on the bowl.
